Seeking Relief?
We understand that when you’re in pain, the biggest thing on your mind is getting better quickly. We have developed a process which addresses those immediate needs first, and later educates each patient about their long-term ability to avoid relapse or further injury.
We approach each patient’s case with customized care, so you can feel confident your care will be based on your unique condition and needs. Occasionally there are reasons that a patient would not be adjusted until their second visit. Because we understand and share your primary goal of relief, we make every effort to provide that relief immediately.
Your First Visit: Getting Answers
When you arrive, our friendly staff will greet you warmly. At the front desk, we’ll:
- Listen to your needs
- Verify your insurance benefits
- Explain what your policy will and will not cover
- Answer any questions you may have
We take pride in our expert ability to provide accurate assessments of your insurance coverage. If you’ve ever been frustrated after the fact by an unexpected charge or policy limits you weren’t aware of, you’ll understand how important it is that we take this role seriously. We believe that sharing our knowledge, gained through over 35 years of experience, is an invaluable service that our patients appreciate and which helps them relax and recover more effectively.
Your First Visit: Moving Toward Recovery
Once we’ve each received the information needed at the front desk, Dr. Bill or Dr. Scott will see you. Your first visit will include:
- A discussion of your health history
- Questions about your symptoms
- A full examination
- Referral for x-rays, only when necessary
- Chiropractic adjustment or other type of relief care
Your visit may also include massage therapy or other therapies to assist in healing and relief, depending on your needs.
